Went to Value City in Toms River, NJ. Tested several mattress and chose a Sealy Posturepedic North Bay Ultra Firm. The mattress delivered had the tag on it but it was not the quality of the one in the showroom. It is so flimsy it moves every time I bump into it. For labor day special value city was advertising all shipment will be free and delivered on Tuesday Sep 2 and I made an order on August 27 and took off from work on Sep 2 waiting for my order. Acceptance now did not disclose the are a rent to own company that charge astronomical intrest rates to consumers..2000 dollar contract can cost 7000 or more..there service thru Value City Furniture is unsatisfactory as well as customer process not consumer friendly nor followed courtesy call/nor warning of inability to deliver...corporate run around...OMG...No... I purchased a mattress on July 3rd and have yet to receive it. I have confirmed delivery with VCF 3 times and have waited at home all 3 times, only to find out that my mattress wasn't on the truck, or they didn't have the box spring, or that it was a mistake in the delivery date. Junk x 10. I should have learned my lesson from the last TWO times that I had purchased furniture from there. Everything arrived damaged or defective. I purchased over $12,000.00 of mostly garbage furniture. My bedroom set came damaged 8 times!. Then after 6 months it started to peel, after countless calls and days off it was REPAIRED.
