My husband made a bed purchase for me and we had to reschedule 3 times. The bed was to finally be delivered on Sunday and we waited all morning for the delivery when we got a phone message they had been to our house and left because they could not wait. We called back we find out they were at the wrong house. We verified 7138 and they attempted to deliver to 7128. It seemed like a honest mistake but we were told we would again have to reschedule... Don't buy the bonded leather sectional at value city. It's a waste of money, it peels and tears. Mine only lasted 2 years and I barely sit on it Add comment

I purchased a love seat and sofa from Value City back in June of 2015. Less then 6 months after I purchased my set the cushions started going flat. I called the store to get replacement cushions in February of 2016 and it's now May and I have not received my replacement cushions yet. I have called several time a spoken with different people and still no cushions I have been told they are on order. I also purchased a bed from them a year or two... Read more

Do not trust them..im about to go to court ..imm fighting this im not paying anymore til they give me a better contract...i pay almost two hundred a month and 12 goes to my furniture ...they never told me this or showed me paper of this this is worst than rental center....i have paid too much to lose my furniture and cant afford to let them have my furniture. ..im fighting it the best i can..pe needs to know Read more

This is the worst place to buy your furniture from i have been waiting since February to have my repairs done on my merchandise and still nothing and i paid for a five year warranty and for what Add comment

I had bought a matress, turns out it had a huge hole in it and then value city brought me another one, it was coming apart at the seams,, literaly, so value city came to my home and brought me a third matress, and when they brought it in the house, value city employees broke 2 antique lamps and never have replace them yet and this has taken place from 4-14-16 till now and continueing to give them my complaint and i still havnt got any response... Terrible, Terrible, Terrible, service! I will NEVER spend MY money here again. I've had my sofa replaced three times because it falls apart. The last time I asked for my money back and I was told no. I can only have my sofa fixed. It's unrepairable and I spent over $800.00 on it. Add comment

I have received horrible customer service. After 1 year of a repeat issue I asked for my money back. It was a hassle indeed to get my money back. Its been 2 1/2 weeks since they picked up the furniture. No check as of yet. I call about it and no one seems to know anything about the status. So furious right now. I will be taking legal actions.
