service is terrible, salespeople are rude. I tried to file a complaint on their web page under customer service and it kept saying error when I sent it 3 different times. And they don't list a phone number on their web page so you can call and make a complaint. Next time I' go to a reputable store even if I have to pay a little more. Caveat emptor means let the buyer beware. Well if you're dumb enough to go to value city I guess caveat emptor does not apply to you because you are being warned right now. AVOID THEM
