These People just say what you want to hear. Bonded leather is vinyl for the most part and it will wear within a year of use. Even with normal use. The Furniture is all ***, just looks good on the showroom floor. The customer service is worthless. We purchased a sectional that was to be delivered the following eek and six weeks later we were still waiting on the sofa. Had to then pay more for a sofa on clearance or something , still paying more... Read more

I purchased a leather couch in 2015 and the sales lady told me if I purchased the insurance for the couch any damage my dogs did would be covered. My couch was not covered after my dog ate the back cushions. I was gone and my son was watching & feeding them and letting them out. Value City Furniture - Misrepresented Merchandise

We purchased what was represented as the best sofa/chair in the store by the Assistant Store Manager at that time. We took out the extended warranty that was offered. We inquired about the material which was represented as leather. We asked how would it wear? Would the leather fade? This is what happen to both mattresses i brought from Value City Furniture in Dearborn,Mich purchase March,2016.They are regular not foam but because of minor damage to them that voided out any thing they could do,so until i can afford to buy 2 mote I'm stuck with 2 lumpy uncomfortable mattresses,might as well kept sleeping on couches no lumps

Value city furniture wasted my day off. I selected a bed and nightstand and they then informed me it was already sold, sorry! My salesmen did his best but another sales-person didn't bother to tag it. Manager made no effort to offer me a deal on another one. Just sorry for wasting your morning. i have very bad experience with tchem.they had delivery on my street and damaged my car very bad.Truck driver without driver licence .they said was fine becouse truck drivers had a lot tickets. He hit my car and run - this is crime.I did claim but driver never picks up the phone from his insurance.Is already month and they didnt fixed my car.All menagers so mean -they can not help me-everybody laying in that office.This is not acceptable.never... I bought two couches, and a mattress, box set. Was told that it will arrive Wednesday. Waited on that day, moved all furniture. Gave it away, removed my old mattress. Nothing came that day, no call from the company. I called them, they tell me it was pushed until Saturday. How was it pushed until Saturday?! They could not explain. Which is fine, delays happen. A few weeks ago I purchased 2 beds from Value City in St. Peters, MO. Upone the 2 men that delivered my furniture leaving my home it was discovered that my hrandfathers ring amd my sons watch were stolen (making their value a felony).
