Been on hold for 25mins. My complain is we ordered a coffee table last yr November and estimated delivery February already waited 4months.
My husband had call that they changed delivery to March another month waiting we were patient enough and on March 27 we picked it up rented uhaul and got home opened it and it was damaged. Called value city in brookpark complained about it and they weren't helpful at all . I was upset and Raised my voice bcuz we waited for this long and finally got it and it's damaged and the lady named Shelby or Shelly wasn't very helpful all I'm asking is for them to pick it up mind you it was so heavy and struggled to put it inside our home. The least ylthey can do is atleast pick it up, and deliver it to us since it's not our fault that it's damaged.
Very very upset. And also still on the with customer service while typing and I'm still on hold.
Its been 34mins. I hope you could help me with this issue atleast reimbursed us with the hustle and uhaul payment and we are returning it now cuz not willing to wait another 3 4months.
Monetary Loss: $60.
Preferred solution: Refund and uhaul reimbursement .
