I purchased a $1200 bunk bed for my sons. The bed was delivered and I was told that some pieces were missing so they couldnt put it together all the way and would have to come back another day.
Damages were noted to the part that was put together on the NEW bed. When requesting for another bed to be delivered when they come back out I was told that a service tech will come and fix the damages and determine if I need a new bed or not. I am very disappointed that I was being forced to keep a damaged bed with a service call in place as if its an old bed under warranty that Ive had for a while. I told them that I would like to return the bed and they can come and pick it up when they come.
Now they are saying they cant pick it up until a week later.
Which means if I wanted to go else where and buy a bed I still have to wait for a week for them to remove this defected bed that was put together knowing these damages were there. If I noticed them I know they noticed them and continued putting it together in hopes that I wouldnt notice
