I wanted a refund for my order because my first delivery was rescheduled at the last minute. A week later the wrong merchandise was on the delivery truck.

The rest of my order was on back order for two more months The sales person lied and stated that the items were in stock when I made the original purchase. She was very arrogant and condescending in her tone. Its not like the store was crowded with customers spending thousands of dollars on furniture. The customer service person gave me the run around on the phone about not being able to access my invoice for a refund.I did receive a refund when I came to the store in person.I was still charged a restocking fee and delivery fee.

There was no error on my part.

I want the remainder of my money back. I did purchase a similar bedroom set from another store for less money and I had no problems at all with the transaction.
