I contacted customer service because a mirrored door on a bedroom chest does not close properly. It is not aligned.

Service on the door was set up for 10 days later. Time frame seemed a little outrageous.

It spans from 9-5. I hope they narrow that time down when it gets closer to the date of service.

Warranty department said the store has the option to help with my situation but the store wont help at all.
My furniture is only 2 years old and I paid for the extended warranty and each one is putting the responsibility on the other. United warranty department said store can help replace my furniture but store wont help at all.

The customer service rep I talked to promised to get me answers and call me back and still no call back. The manager at the store called me yesterday to say the furniture would be delivered today but so far, as I said, no confirmation.
