Value City Furniture - Damaged goods
I purchased the cove bed in November I called the store to notify them that the bed was damaged after the delivery.They did not send a inspector until January.
He was rude told me he would replace the four poles that were damaged and he would notify the store about the rest of the store that he could not replace.I have contacted the store manager Will at 82nd and Cicero several times I am a valued customer and I have been shopping there for many years this is unacceptable and I would like this resolved please call me as soon as possible at 7735445789
