Value City Furniture - Defective Merchandise
After waiting for 3 days on picking up a sectional I purchased only to find out it was sold out from stock even though it was supposed to be reserved it turned out to be defective. The clamp on the bottom that holds the sections together had two female sections instead of a male and female. I called the store to be told since I picked it up and had not paid for delivery or purchased a different warranty than the one I did, that now I'd have to take the unit pack to them to have anything done. I don't know about anyone else but after spending over a $1,000 for something you'd think they would at least get me the part or offer to come install it. NOPE!!
Have called the corporate office and waiting to hear what kind of BS they'll tell me I have to go through to get it fixed. Maybe I just need to drop it off at their door and get a refund.
Last time I'll do business with them!
