I'm going to make this short. Had a window time to get a chest delivered they end up going to the wrong house so I had to wait until later in the day when it was there fault.

I was very upset because I had someone waiting at my home for them. When I spoke with the Warehouse mange he was very very rude and told me to return it or wait until later that afternoon. When I said I shouldn't have to wait he continue to go off and then hung up on me. At no point was I rude to this man I was upset because I had to now tell the person that they will need to come back later all because they messed up on there end.

It was a lot more that was said but to much to write. My issue with Thomas the warehouse manager is he had no business hanging the phone up on me that is not the way you handle customer service.

Product or Service Mentioned: Value City Furniture Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I didn't like: Delivery was he worse.
