I am aware of the stress the pandemic has on the economy, my family has been extremely patience with value city furniture, I realize that the issue with deliveries is not a circumstance it's a pattern, several of my friends, family and co-workers has encounter difficulties with this company, never would I thought it would happen to my household, I am not the only unsatisfied customer here, Customer service is horrible, they do not care they are considerate, they do not have manners, I was consistently told my deliver will be the 12th of December, a week before the delivery date I get an email stating that someone tried calling but the voicemail was full giving me a new date due to issue LOL my mom, cousin, my friend and co workers got the exact same message. Maybe some attention needs to be brought to the public or Better Business Bureau

Value City Furniture Cons: Cheaply made and often breaks, Delivery experience.
