I purchased a couch, loveseat and chair nealy a month ago from VCF. I paid in full.

We aranged for the furniture to be delivered the following Saturday. June 22nd. I received confirmation every day that my furniture would be delivered. The day before the funiture was to be delivered I was notified that my couch wouldn't be delivered.

So we then arranged for the couch to be delivered on Saturday, June 29th. The couch was delivered. But was broken. The delivery guy contacted the warehouse.

And told me to call them when they opened at 10. I spoke with Stephanie in Customer Service at the Florence, KY location where we bought our furniture. We agreed on an even exchange and a refund of the delivery fee. It's July 3rd.

I haven't heard from anyone about a pickup/delivery date. So again I called the Florence store. Their reply was "We tried to reach you. 4 times.

But couldn't." At this point that isn't a reply. That just makes the service even worse. And after speaking to the assistant mgr I was told that I'll have to wait another week for delivery. She also told me that she was trying to help me but that I wouldn't let her.

She then proceeded to ask me if there was an alternate number for us. I had to tell her no 5 times.

I want to know what VCF is going to do to make this satisfactory.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
