I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of furniture from this company. I also always purchased the warranty.

Never had a problem getting repairs until this year. I have spoken to the manager at the Fairview Heights, IL location on several occasions about getting furniture repaired and every time he says he needs to find a time that his people can pick up the furniture and he will call me back. He NEVER CALLS. I call or my husband calls him back instead.

Same responce every call.

I believe this is called fraud. When a consumer pays for something, extra warranty, and does not receive the service.
