I ordered furniture on May 24th 2020 and was told at that time because of the pandemic it couldn't be delivered until June 20th 2020. However, a few days prior to me receiving my furniture I was looking at the tracking information, and they had changed my date from June 20th until July 14th.
I called the white marsh location because that is where I originally placed my order and the lady Amy I spoke with told me I could come in and pick out different furniture, which is not what I want because I picked the furniture I want. As a loyal customer to Value City please tell me there is something we can do, I have an event coming up that has been pushed back due to my furniture not coming until June 20th and now I am just all out of options and I may have to cancel all together.
