I ordered furniture the end of August to be delivered by October 13 I get a phone call today stating my furniture won’t be delivered until nov. which is very frustrating for someone who won’t have furniture for a month I guess I’ll sit on the floor.

The sales person the goes to say well you can always come in to

Look for something else. First off I ordered this furniture well over a month in advance with a guaranteed delivery date as well as paid for my order.

Then the sales person lied and said that if the warranty isn’t use you get your money back no exposing the fact that you get store credit towards funrniture. My main reason is not having my furniture and no I don’t want anything else I want what I want.

I liked: Sales reps did lie to me.
