I have been waiting on the phone for 4 hours. (as we speak.)

I have e-mailed 3 times with no answer.

When I reached someone I was hung up on.


I bought furniture 5 yrs ago and bought the Pure Promise Insurance.

2. After 5 years, if the Insurance was not used , I am to get $239.99 in product.

3. I have moved to another state since and your nearest store is several hours away.

4. I went on line to see if I could spend my credit there.

(Yes, but for 10 x or more then my credit!) Then they will ship to me!

5. I Picked out 6 things to consider that stayed close to my credit. 5 were no longer available or back ordered. 1- they will not ship to me.

(So I must spend 10x's my credit to get my money back!)

After another 1 1/2 Hr.

wait, I got a hold of someone they said they would ask the supervisor. (I gave them my phone number in case we got disconnected.) Still waiting for them to return to the phone. Another 30 Mins. so far.

So now 4 and 1/2 hours and 3 emails with no answers.

I was now told I must pick a product with a green bar that says free shipping. I must then spend 10x's my credit!!!

User's recommendation: Don't buy the Insurance. If you want to spend 4 hours and more on the phone for any issues, Don't buy from them.

Monetary Loss: $240.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
