Why my order delayed every month.

I order since February and every time when i track my order i see different day and month they push the day for amonth every time

According to Value City Furniture FAQ page you can pay your layaway online. Go to valuecitynj.com/payments/ , enter your phone number, invoice number and payment amount. Pay with the methods accepted by the company.

According to the Value City Furniture faq section, the company does not sell furniture until they are sure they can service your area to ensure the smooth delivery of your order. They ask your zip code to show the estimated delivery dates. Each store's pickup and delivery services are unique to their local area.
Delivery Services include:
  • delivery of furniture to your home;
  • assembly of your furniture (except on 'Ready to Assemble' merchandise);
  • for a period of one year, in-home service for repair or replacement of defective items.

The Value City Furniture refund & exchange policy allows you to exchange or get a refund on your ordered merchandise before it is delivered or after it has been delivered. For refund requests made before the receipt of merchandise, you can be reimbursed for taxes, cost of protection plans as well as warranty programs purchased for the merchandise. On the other hand, if you are dissatisfied with the products delivered, you may return the merchandise for a full refund less the delivery fees within 7 days of delivery or pickup. The Guardsman Complete Outdoor Furniture Protection Plan is a 5-year warranty plan on select furniture categories against stains and damages caused by specific occurrences including food, beverage, human, pets, bleach, cosmetic, puncture, burn, breakage, scratches, operational, and structural failure among others. To make a Guardsman warranty claim call (800) 253-3957

When ordering, at the checkout, if the items you ordered are eligible for any of these protection plans you will be provided with additional information about the plan and its pricing. Value City Furniture states that if you do not use the warranty by its expiry date, it will be sent back to you in the form of store credit.

I ordered Allori Chest And Dressing Mirror and...So I ordered the Allori Chest And Dressing Mirror in black about November of 2020 and the delivery date was about 12/22/2020. They called because they cut off some workers due to covid and thats understandable so they moved my delivery to everything in January 6th 2021 but the bed in January 22nd.

They came in the 6th and the mirror was missing from the Allori Chest And Dressing Mirror. They came today for the bed and they said its not in the truck. I called and they said they have the mirror moved to the end of May. Like I understandable covid cuts off workers but like shouldn't this set come together?

Like the allori chest came in the 6th and the mirror has not come.

Like I'm so confused. I mean I'm not mad I'm just confused and looking for answers and clarifications.
