My deliver has been delayed again

Our bed was purchased on 3-13-21. Our delivery date has now been pushed for a 3rd time. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything quite frankly and would like to speak with someone immediately regarding a refund. I have call the Frederick store all day and they hang up. This is a disgrace and you should not be able to run a business like this. I will be notifying BBB regarding my situation.

Value city furniture is probably the worst furniture store I ever had to deal with. I ordered a bedroom set back in January it did not arrive to the middle of June. I was missing pieces from my furniture plus the bedroom mirrors came broken. We are in June they claim I would not get the rest of my furniture till November almost one year after I ordered my furniture. I get the runaround constantly no one helps to save the problem!!! I would never recommend them and never buy from them again!!!!.

Checking on parts

I bought the sofa in Nov. In Feb. The one side quit, I called numerous times after to see what was going on, always a different answer when it would be here, never seem to show up, after 5 months I was finally received a call telling me it would be replaced, which on Tuesday it was. My only question is, dies my warranty still stay in effect or start over, I bought any extra warranty to go along with the one that went with the first purchase. At this time we are happy with the exchange to a new sofa, n hoping it doesn't happen again.

I puchased two mechanical recliners with warranty and last year both stopped working i call and a work order and nothing has been done.

Rotten warranty service. this is what I'm talking about they want 100 symbols for this message but they cant get around to fixing or replacing my chairs. one recliner wont close one will not open and I bought a third on clearance and that does not close either.

User's recommendation: dont buy nothing that plugs in at value city because as soon as you pay them you can find them.

Aggrivated. Upset

My order has been rescheduled for pickup four time. Value City Furniture didn't call me on the fourth change, I found out the day I was scheduled to pick up so imagine my frustration. Buying from Value city furniture has been my worth decision this year.

Delivery

I ordered new bedroom furniture on 11/15/2020. To date I still don't have a complete set of furniture. There have been multiple delays, delivery of damaged furniture and more delays. Now I'm being told that the nightstand which was scheduled three times for delivery already, won't be here until June 29th.

User's recommendation: Don't buy unless you can take it with you. DELIVERY SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Complaint of service

After numerous calls they told me and found the legs to my furniture. Thank you for getting back to me I really appreciate that.

Purchased additional 5 year warranty. Can't get them to honor it. sofa is only 2 years old. Asked to be reimbursed since they were not going to replace one casing seat cover.

scorch mark on pillow seat casing. Claim they dont cover because I didn't report it in their time limit. It is a burn. It doesnt matter when it happened. Not a stain. 2 yr old sofa on a 5 year warranty plan. Nothing in paperwork says. this. Warranty does cover burns.

Still trying to get refund

Returned chair to the store, and they didn't refund my money back to my card after three weeks. I made five calls to the customer service department and to the store with no resolution. I finally reached someone (Lauren) that took the time to take care of the problem. I really pray that I will receive the refund in five to seven days.

They cannot locate purchase receipt, money was paid from bank account clearly indicates 1600.00 purchas.
