Accommodation for furniture being pushed back and forth

Hello, I received a call stating my furniture is being delayed yet again. What are the accommodations for me not getting my furniture though its paid in full. Like it should be free delivery or something for me waiting. Originally I was told it would be ready for pickup in Dec on 31st 2020 then it was supposed to have been changed to Feb 12th, 2021 then it was scheduled for Jul sometime then later received a call saying it would be here and ready for pick up on May 6 now today its being moved to May 12th. This makes no sense. I even ask the rep to transfer me over to corporate office to make yet another complaint because when I gotten a call in Feb or March about the ottoman it was not right color and was not available for pick up though a gentleman called and stated it was ready. I came into store asking why or what happen that I got a call to pick up the ottoman and the guy in the back was like it is not here. I would like to know why its a run around. At this point I almost want to say keep it and give me all my money back.

I would never purchase anything from value city again. You get what you pay for, like on a value meal at McDonald's. Value City Furniture delivery personnel was very rude to me, they put a big hole in my wall and scratches all on my wall and did not want to proceed...

Its so bad i wouldnt even rate yall i will never buy anything from this store your customers service was no help i bougt a table set and not even a month the chairs start falling apart its about to be two hole months and still no one has cone to replace anything they aren't doing anything to compensate me its lime they dint care im truly an unhappy customer when i paid almosr 2,000 dollars for this table set !!!

Two different end tables delivered

Value City Furniture - Two different end tables delivered
Ordered two marble top end tables, with gold running through marble. The company delivered one with gold and one with black/grey. When I called to make the complaint, they actually told me they were similar as If that mattered. After going back in forth and sending pics they agreed to re-deliver the matching table. No surprise they delivered another black/grey and not gold as I repeatedly asked for.

User's recommendation: Be careful dealing with them. You think they have quality products and service but it is not.
