Bought a sofa bed for $500.worthless couch. Had to remove the 3 bags of cushioning from the upper part so I can be able to at least fit in the couch while laying down. When I tried making couch to a bed, some wire broke and now it sinks in even when I sit. I called the company and they said they would call me back to schedule a service day. That was two weeks ago. We bought a sofa and loveseat on Nov. 25th, we were told the loveseat was on backorder until Jan. 6th. The 6th came still ob backorder till the 15th. keeping our fingers crossed that it comes!!! But the delivery times suck! We ordered a mattress and box springs a couple of weeks later. We ask to have delivery after 12 noon. Came at 9 am! Had a delivery dated 11/22/14 I was contact on 11/20 /14 to confirm that I would be contact arrival on 11/22 14 8:20 delivery call left voicemail to. Say. Would. Arrived. In twenty. Minutes miss delivery call 11/22 14 reschedule for 11/25/14 had to call delivery services to find out it was pull back to 11/28/14 no courtesy call loss of wages waiting

We went into the Columbus area VCF and purchased a couch and a loveseat. Within one month, the arms were shedding, piling .. a mess. We were talked into the extended warranty and fabric protection .. we called customer service and they sent someone out a week later to check the couches. Purchased $400.00 bed.Absolute made in China garbage.Rails came from factory missing screws and those that were attached were too short.Would have never supported the weight of mattress.Manager less than useless.Had attitude he would repair once.Had a thousand dollar mattress paid for and ready to deliver plus additional purchases.Meant nothing to manager.All he had to do was replace rails.Refused to do so because he stated they cost money.So... I Went to Value City when I moved back to Columbus to buy a whole house of furniture. Its been one year since this happened and it has been miserable. First off the entire sales experience was atrocious. The people were constantly trying to *** me. Second, I ordered $5000 worth of furniture and was guaranteed delivery in 5 days in full. We bought a recliner sofa from value city furniture.We paid for the extended warranty.The recliner mechanism broke on one side.We were told that it would take two months to fix.They finally fixed it.Now the other side is broke.Another two month wait.No excuse given for the two month wait.They say that is just the way it is.I will never buy anything there again.They have cheap furniture.You get what you pay for.As for the scotch gard...
