OK folks, I made my argument back in Feb. I have followed up with Value City, "local retail outlet where I bought my furniture." I finally spoke with Mr. Smith "manager" and he and I waded through the calls, complaints, lack of customer service and he done the following. He accepted the "BLAME FOR HIS CREW", dropping the ball.... good captain.
He had my love seat and couch restuffed, "overstuffed" and it feels great and has been several weeks now and it's holding up well. Only time will tell if it holds up, but so far so good.
I spoke with him on the phone today and gave him this sight to look at. Maybe it can give him some overall feedback, which he can use to make his store run better?
As of now I feel that Mr. Smith has made things right, not in the time frame I would have liked, but at least we're not in court trying to settle this matter.
