BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE: So I just had my new love seat and sofa delivered yesterday. My husband and I noticed later that there was little holes and marks on both the love seat and sofa.

So I called customer service and they told me that they had to send someone out to fix it. And they wanted to to do it in the middle of the week (4 days later) and I did not want to take another day off of work. So I talked to a manager and she said I can do it on a Saturday but 2 weeks later. I said well what am I suppose to do until then and she said well it is not like you can't use them.

Get real I just paid good money for a leather furniture and you want to send someone out to fix it. I want new ones.

That is not the policy. I am never buying furniture from there again.

I just had a similar experience in Pennsylvania. I bought my stuff in February and ever week it has been a different problem. Right now I have a sofa with holes and marks all over it and the best they have done is return my delivery charge
