I hate when people complain, but then neglect to let people know when someone has done a great job. I have to eat my words, I complained about the lousy service at Value city furniture, because I dealt with a complete *** at their Niles, IL store who was completey unreasonable, but then Jeremy from corporate customer service contacted the store for me, and Jesse the general manager and Maureen at customer service went above and beyond, and made sure I got my right order and exactly when they said I would.

And my couch is very comfortable.

Where do you go when you spend 800.00 at this store and customer service sucks and you don't know what or whom to call my chair has to lift me to get up and I have to wait two days before Christmas who does that friendly neighbors yeah right they are another problem
