Purchased a leather sofa and chair from store.I notice pillows on sofa where not even and chair cushion was sinking in the middle.

Called store they picked up items for repair in October, 2011, kept items for 2 1/2 weeks and returned items. Nothing was done. No repair just sat in a corner for 2 1/2 weeks. November 16th, schedule pick-up to repair furniture.

Hopefully it will be repaired. Consumers should not be treated this way, I'm 83 years person recovering from stroke.

I don't like they way this store has treated me.Thanks
