Purchased a leather sofa and chair from store. I notice pillows on sofa where not even and chair cushion was sinking in the middle.

Called store they picked up items for repair in October, 2011, kept items for 2 1/2 weeks and returned items. Nothing was done. No repair just sat in a corner for 2 1/2 weeks. November 16th, schedule pick-up to repair furniture.

Hopefully it will be repaired. Consumers should not be treated this way, I'm 83 years person recovering from stroke.

I don't like they way this store has treated me. Thanks
