I PURCHASE A SOFA WITH VALUE CITY FURNITURE LAST YEAR THEY TELL YOU YOUR DELIVERY WILL BE THEIR BY A CERTAIN DATE COME TO FIND OUT THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE MY SOFA IN STOCK IN THE WAREHOUSE. I JUST WENT BACK AND PURCHASE A BED AND A KITCHEN TABLE MY BED WAS FINE NO PROBLEM MY TABLE CAME CHIP ALSO MY CHAIRS WERE NT PUT TOGETHER CORRECTLY CALLED AND COMPLAINT I WAS TOLD IM GETTNG A NEW TABLE ON 3/8 THEY MAD A MISTAKE CAME TO GET THE TABLE BUT DIDNT BRING A NEW TABLE THEN 3/9 THEY BRANG THE WRONG TABLE CALLED TO COMPLAIN GT PUT ON HOLD NO CALL BACK OR ANYTHING NOW I HAVE TO MAKE SURE SOMEONE AVAIL AGAIN 3/10 FR THE FINAL DELIVERY SURE THEIRS GOING TO BE A PROBLEM THEIR SPOKE TO NUMEROUS MANAGER WHO HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES WHO DODNT REALLY CARE THEY JUST KEEP SAYING IT WILL BE THEIR TOMORW THEY WANT SOMEONE THEIR TOMORW SO I HAVE TO FIND SOMEONE TO BE AVAIL FR THE WHOLE DAY AND THE PRODUCT IS INCORRECT FR THE 3RD TIME AND THEY CALL THAT A HUMAN ERROR BUT WEN WE MAKE THE MISTAKE ITS OUR PROBLEM....VALUE CITY REALLY NEEDS TO GET A NEW TEAM OUT IN BURBANK

amen to that i beleive their silently prejdice not by standard of race but a standard of people People are blessed with jobs , they should have care in everyone that walks in the door you never know what their buying I pray that they Get their "moods " together
