For labor day special value city was advertising all shipment will be free and delivered on Tuesday Sep 2 and I made an order on August 27 and took off from work on Sep 2 waiting for my order. I called to verify my delivery but they told me they can't deliver it before Sep 5.

They completely denied they told me it would be delivered on Sep 2 and their customer service was very nasty to me when I talked to him.

They don't record their phone conversation at all and they were not willing to give me employee ID or customer care rep name. I will never ever trust this company and I want others to be careful too!!!
