For labor day special value city was advertising all shipment will be free and delivered on Tuesday Sep 2 and I made an order on August 27 and took off from work on Sep 2 waiting for my order.I called to verify my delivery but they told me they can't deliver it before Sep 5.

They completely denied they told me it would be delivered on Sep 2 and their customer service was very nasty to me when I talked to him.

They don't record their phone conversation at all and they were not willing to give me employee ID or customer care rep name.I will never ever trust this company and I want others to be careful too!!!
