I PURCHASED A SECTIONAL FROM VALUE CITY ON THURSDAY.....THEY SAID IT WAS THE LAST ONE AND THAT IT WOULD BE DELIVERED ON WEDNESDAY. SO NATURALLY I GOT RID OF MY OLD FURNITURE SO THAT WHEN THE FURNITURE CAME MY OLD WOULD BE GONE.

THE THE DAY OF DELIVERY THEY CALL AND SAID THAT THE COUCH WAS DAMAGED AND THAT IT WOULD NOT BE DELIVERED UNTIL SATURDAY. I CALLED AND SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AND SHE SAID THAT THEY LEGS WERE NOT ON THE COUCH AND THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO JUST WAIT. I WILL NEVER BUY A PIECE OF FURNITURE FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN.

THEY SHOULD HAVE MADE SURE THE FURNITURE WAS GOOD TO SELL BEFORE LETTING SOMEONE PAY FOR IT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM VALUE CITY ESPECIALLY THE ONE IN THE UNIVERSITY AREA OF CHARLOTTE, NC.

Would you rather have them deliver damaged furniture. Sometimes things can get damaged during transportation to stores.
