Value City Furniture - We bought a couch with an extended warranty. Terrible customer service, never received calls back!
I bought a couch, and within months the color began to fade.I called Value City, spoke with a manager.
He stated that he would look into it and call us back. He never returned any of my phone calls. Terrible customer service, crappy furniture.
We also purchased an extended warranty with this furniture, that was a joke. When I contacted the company to ask for a rep to come out and look at our couch, they told me that I had to identify the discoloration.
Without knowing what caused it, they claimed it wasn't covered, and would not help us out.
Monetary Loss: $800.
